You can clear JRF and prepare civil service along with PhD. Will get 35k stipend.
Get into some government jobs first and try paralley
Find some jobs which offer lots of free time to prepare.
An intense hard work of 6 months (provided you have a good knowledge on NCERT and current affairs would help.)
Make sure that you are with a very hard core aspirants. Always have a mento😊.
