Today it's been 4 years since he played at malmöfestivalen. I was there to watch Steve and my expectations were not too high since this is a free festival arranged by malmö every year. But it ended up turning into a core memory for me. This show was incredible, anyone could come watch and the square was packed with people of all ages. When he started playing the energy of the square just exploded and the atmosphere turned magical and just grew throughout the rest of the set.
Man what a great crowd. Better than Tomorrowland or other big festivals. Sweden really loves Steve. Can't imagine how the crowd would turn up if Swedish House Mafia were playing there.

Goddamnit, you can feel the emotion. What a crowd, what a DJ. it's an awesome set. The entire atmosphere is relaxed, exciting, the entire vibe is just pure exhilaration.
April 30th 2021, third time watching this set, probably Angello´s best on his own until this day. With or Without the SHM, he is one of the best DJ´s ever, and to mix live without headphones because of what has been already known about losing the hearing is no minor detail at all. To all the people that always put Axwell above him as DJ, please consider seriously again. This set is history doing charity at home, which make it still more impressive.
Angello has always been the most skilled DJ wise out of the 3. He started as a hip hop DJ and there’s old house sets from him when he’s on 5 cdj’s. He’s got mad skills.
Steve might be the most talented one but i would put Seb in first place because his mind is a fckin melody generator. Solo maybe he might be the least productive but SHM wouldn't be SHM without Sebastian Ingrosso.

Whilst I was gutted when Swedish House Mafia spilt up, it gave us six years of solo Steve Angello sets and for that, I am thankful. He constantly delivered a performance whenever I saw him.

What an amazing audience. I feel like I might not get the full experience though, but the audience is making me feel what the full experience is for sure. I wish I was there.
The energy of this crowd still fills me with warmth to this day. Even with the tragic loss of Avicii beforehand, just being there and knowing that you were not only experiencing the incredible sound of Steve Angello live, but also knowing that motherfucking Swedish House Mafia was back, it must’ve been absolutely amazing in person!!!

What an amazing audience. I feel like I might not get the full experience though, but the audience is making me feel what the full experience is for sure. I wish I was there.
The energy of this crowd still fills me with warmth to this day. Even with the tragic loss of Avicii beforehand, just being there and knowing that you were not only experiencing the incredible sound of Steve Angello live, but also knowing that motherfucking Swedish House Mafia was back, it must’ve been absolutely amazing in person!!!
