- STOP moving your arms on your Torso Twists!
It seems like it would add challenge, but it’s really adding challenge the wrong way! If we’re trying to challenge our core / obliques as much as possible, the key is to keep the weight locked on the body!
With the weight “glued” to your upper chest, try to rotate as much as you possibly can to each side SLOWLY and you’ll instantly feel how much more challenge you get when you make the focus your TWIST rather than your arms!
A true game-changer! Give it a shot and take your time with this one!

When do u inhale and exhale during this workout ? Do you exhale when u twist and inhale coming back to the center ? I feel like I hold my breath 😂
Yeah its hard to breathe in this one, but just keep doing it, and you will improve and breathe naturally

Russian twists are bad for your back. When your back is in that angle relative to the floor, you put huge pressure on your spine.

@gigachadfan6937 bro take this from a dude who never focused on exercise too much, see the potential of your body, you won't regret it and will do you well when you get into high-school and things. Some people might be into it, u might get loads of opportunities socially and in terms of fitness too. U can still have a very fun life and childhood while doing that. It also means if you decide to get into bad habits when you're older you're already fairly healthy 👍

The reason why this is affecting most of you is because this isn’t a proper Russian twist lol your feet aren’t supposed to be touching the ground nor is there suppose to be weight sat in 1 spot on the upper center chest

I’m gonna try that when I work out at planet fitness tomorrow. My AI app has recommended Russian twists as a core exercise to try so that’s what I’m gonna do.
That doesnt make it bad form since it can be the same with the ball. This is just another way of doing it. I just dont like the leaning back part.
