Does Morgoth mean Ungoliant here by 'she, the mistress of her lust' and therefore Into the Storm is about her helping Melkor?

I also interpreted 'she, the mistress of her lust' in this way, I think it makes sense.
Into the Storm is about Ungoliant asking Morgoth to fulfil his oath and let her eat the Silmarils after she helped him destroy the two trees and steal the Silmarils.
