Basic information along with our work contents.
A) costs involved??
Food truck costs are decided into mainly 4 parts:
1) cost of vehicle; cost varies with year and model , used vehicle costs less. We recommend you purchase your own vehicle.
2) cost of vehicle design; includes interior, exterior, electrical, plumbing, colouring, and any other requirements according to scope of work. This is what we are expertise in developing your truck.
3) cost of equipment; As per your menu equipments with its capacity with reference to vehicle kitchen layout. As vehicle have limited space so need to update your requirement as per menu offered.
4) power source: what kind of power source is required and it's cost effectiveness is considered and best suited will be recommended. Mostly inverter battery or power generator.
Timeline:
As we take care of A to Z work and work as per design blueprint. And most of the work is completed in steps.
We would require 30 days minimum to 45 days max.

Yah Puri when kitne price mein repair hoti hai
what will be the gen set capacity required to run 2 refrigerators, juicer 0.5 kv juice extractor, 1 sandwich griller & other necessary lights, water tank pump etc.
Can gas cylinder be fitted to run deep fat frier or this also can run by gen set.
5 to 7 kVA generator will be required. LPG or electrical both options available for fryer.

Kya kimmat hai iss design ka..?
Why is the grill spot welded on the inside? Will the weld be filled? I think guard rails on the shelving under the tables should be fitted
It is enough to hold everything in place as there is not function other than holding on to grill plate, guards are optional as there are pros and cons.

Both options available, electrical and lpg mostly decided on type of menu .

There is no legal framework for food trucks to tell you exactly , However,
Food licence
Shop and establishments
And RTO documents are required.
BMC don't have any rules or policy to give any licence.
It is considered as encroachment if road side public land is used for business.

Do u use paint of vinyl stickers for the body of van ?
Paint is done to each and every vehicle, it's important for durability and overall quality. Vinyl decals as per requirement are used.
So the above vehicle is painted red color and white color quotes made using vinyl? Am i right?
