    Part 3: goo.gl/nBVPTB
    Part 1: goo.gl/qFnDdf
    ------------------------
    In this clip, Nick Cannon and DJ Vlad discuss establishing wealth and some of the constraints in place that make it difficult to accomplish. For Nick Cannon, property/land and gold are the only real assets which he invests. He talked about the banking system being based on debt and asks if the system crashed altogether, what would make many people wealthy?
    Nick Cannon went on to talk about making his first million dollars, liquid, and how he actually hates the film that paid him his first $1M.

    I made $400k a year for 3 years in a highly stressful job. The guy that took over the job when I left died from a stress heart attack, that’s how stressful it was. Now I make under $30k a year running my own business & I’m much happier, but I own my own house & cars (paid in full). Those 2 things has to be paid off before quitting a high paying stressful job & deciding to make $30k a year almost stress free. I also have investments & a retirement check coming in once a month. You also can’t be trying to ball out while you’re making the $300-$400k a year. I saved nearly every dime or used it for home improvement projects & starting my own business without needing anyone’s help & or money.

    Your first million dollars might not really be shit ultimately, but those first 10k or so change your world. That plateau of just not having to worry about rent or food because you know that's covered and only having to worry about how to afford wants instead of needs means more than any money you make after that.

    People need to be more realistic. I'm tired of hearing dudes talk about how "young ngz blowing money stupidly". Newsflash : THEY ARE YOUNG. Why do people think that "getting rich" is supposed to automatically raise your maturity level?? Telling a young, especially minority male, to "invest his money wisely" is like telling a 16yr old boy "make sure u stay faithful to one girl, don't even THINK about other females if u have a girlfriend" 😂😂 Not realistic at all bruh. Just like EVERYTHING else in life,, people supposed to learn from their own mistakes from when they were young and apply it to their older years. There is a reason why you're not eligible for certain business endeavors until 25. There's a reason why u can't run for office unless u are at least 35...

BUT, DON'T DIS AND DEMAND THEM WHILE THEY ARE IN THEIR TEENS OR EARLY TWENTIES (UNLESS "YOU'RE" THE ONE GIVING THE DOE TO THEM)... IN OTHER WORDZ JUST PLANT GOOD SEEDS THAT THEY CAN REFLECT ON UNTIL THEY BEGAN TO GROW RIGHTEOUSLY FROM WITHIN...

    • @mattchisholm6129
      @mattchisholm6129 6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      LeSean Walston its said trying to help them. Its not shittin on them its tryna get them to not have to learn from their own mistakes. Especially in entertainment and sports majority of careers are extremely short so a young person may not be able to learn from their own mistake cause by that time its over and no more money comin in

    He's speaking the truth. Our currency is not backed by anything. That's why business owners prefer to buy physical items and write them off instead of paying more in taxes bc they kept the money. I'm still grasping this concept bc as a worker we're programmed to work, pay taxes, and keep the rest for expenses instead of earn, pay expenses, and then taxes. To go further the it's a big circle of debt; our direct deposits go to the bank, that gets loaned out to citizens, the "reserve" loans to the bank, the cycle is on going and non stop. Honestly that's why the happiest people are "homeless" bc they don't owe anything to the "reserve". We owe the "reserve" bc it's not our cash in the first and we buy a false sense of happiness with the pretend currency and sadly alot of ppl worship and adore this false currency. We citizens would be somewhere if the currency was actually backed by a true resource (i.e. gold, or oil). I'm done bc I could go on and on about this.

      Adam Spencer the average cost of college for undergraduates is around $50k....

    • @on1yadam
      @on1yadam 5 ปีที่แล้ว +13

      Mr.305 you know the problem with averages is that it isn't majority. If 4 junior college cost 20,000 and another major university 100,000 the average 36,000 and the major university can have more students than all 4 junior college combined. That's why only idiots fall for the "average" game.

    • @therobotchicken911
      @therobotchicken911 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      public university within your own state unless it's an ivy league wont be 100k. Junior college is where obtain an associate and the tuition for those two years will be about 7k - 8k if you're staying on track and not failing classes that you have to retake. The next two years at university will be the same tuition range. If you choose to go out of state that number will increase significantly. I'm at a University right now and scholarship I got in high school which was about 25k covers my tuition for all 4 years of University at FIU(a University in Miami, Fl). I'll still have money left over to use. I've even taken summer classes 3 straight summers since I started.

    • @on1yadam
      @on1yadam 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Mr.305 look. It's not a sin to admit you don't know what you talking about (newsflash ivy league universities aren't the most expensive)

    • @therobotchicken911
      @therobotchicken911 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Adam Spencer So basically if you go away for college at a university then you can expect to pay around $50k. I went away for college. My tuition for all 4 years I'm rounding off to 12. The most expensive dorm on my campus is about $4200. That's the new price because it wasn't that before. If I multiply that by 8 semesters I get $33,600. Add the $12,000 and it falls short of $50k. I've had to retake classes and change I changed my major late in my junior year which was last year.
