When I first saw Robo Rita in this yesterday, my first thought was literally "She really went overboard with the Snapchat filters". 😂😂 But this was really well done. Cheesy dialogue, great action, so much nostalgia and a simultaneously heartwarming and heartbreaking tribute to Thuy and JDF at the end. I do wish we had actually seen Bulk and Skull instead of just their pictures on a sign.
As someone that isn't *THAT* familiar with the franchise, your reaction made me so intrigued to go down the Power Ranger rabbit hole! lol! Such a great and fun reaction! Love seeing your passion! It's so infectious!
imo that's like the one and only missed opportunity. I understand that the zords probably had to be CGI and I personally don't mind as I was never really into the whole "guy in a monster suit" type content (blasphemy, i know).
I loved it, too. And it was nice to see a review and reaction (yours) that was all positive. My favorite characters back then were Billy (esp after he was able to fight back) & Trini. I shipped Jason & Kimberly, but she went with Tommy instead. Amy Jo Johnson has a great singing voice.
I saw it on Netflix and I absolutely LOVED IT. Fun fact: it became a HUGE success. And I think there's likely going to be an MMPR sequel on the way. If so, I want to see Austin st. John and Amy Jo Johnson and Bulk and Skull return. It has been far too long and, especially for Amy Jo Johnson. *IT'S TIME!*
If they make a sequel or trilogy they should focus on more than just the originals. The Aisha & Adam stuff is directly connected to the SPD series, not a sequel.
I have been a huge fan of Power rangers since I was 8yrs old. I've watched every single season so far and I was super excited when Netflix made this special. My reaction was much like yours. Unfortunately my three favorite rangers are no longer with us. So R.I.P to Thuy Trang aka Trini Kwan,(mmpr) JDF aka Dr. Tommy Oliver (mmpr,zeo,turbo and Dinothunder) and Pua Magasiva aka Shane Clarke.( Ninja Storm)💛💚❤️

@@ForeverDegenerate Your half right you can be 16 and still have kids thuy was 27 when she played the yellow ranger and she died in 2001 and Charlie was born in 2006 so your right about that but shed either 16 or 17 no one knows her exact birthday so it could have been possible if thuy was still alive rip trini i seen they ar probably going to make another one this time i guess amy and Austin might be in it since the rattings for this one was so

And, factually, Charlie is too young to be Thuy's daughter because she was born after Thuy passed away. Oh and Charlie is, factually, 16, or was at the time of filming. Walter Jones said she was 16 in an interview.

Billy and Minh I believe are gonna appear in Power Rangers Cosmic Fury so the story will sort of continue on that show.

I was 10 when this debuted and now I'm 40 i never thought it would get s 30th anniversary or even have the long gevity that it's having
