Marty, you left out the last part of what I call the B chorus over the Am7 and Em. It then goes to C and B7 before switching back to the normal chorus chords.

I think he said you can form the chord and then slide up or bar the 7th fret and then hammer the chord. It just depends on what you think sounds good. Hope this helps!
Nah you can do it brah if you just started then its gonna hurt your hands no doubt. But once your muscle gets attuned to the frets those slides will be cake. Really helps if you got rhythm, but never say you ain't good enough yet these bars are really easy learn it anyway, practice!
+Scott Mondell you should try learning chords before trying a new song, search them up or something. There's an app called GuitarTuna which has all chords and their shapes, it also has different varients
