In Fifa 17 I managed to become an Elite 1 player towards the end of the game, but the ultimate goal is to get Top 100 one time. What I would like to know is, what is this years new overpowered shot / finishing technique. Like it was the low driven far corner shot in Fifa 17, or the the near post shot / finesse shot /chip shot in all the previous Fifas. I feel like this is the thing that is very essential especially at the start of the game.

scot is right! defending is harder and shooting is ridiculously easy! use curled shots when the player is composed and balanced and you have a 99% chance of scoring.
That move is awesome, just tried it on the demo during the skills before the game and is pure gold for wingers. Finally a way to stop and turn fast while sprinting.
Tutorial request: Sprinting/Manual Control of the player receiving a lead pass. I know this sounds weird but after playing the game for 15+ years I still don't know if I should be holding down sprint when controlling a player who's locked into a run to receive a long pass and/or when to expect the AI to stop controlling his run and when I get control again. It seems like your sprint speed is locked in automatically when the AI controls the run so you shouldn't hold it to be able to first-touch skill or something along those lines, but I really have no idea. Any commentary on this would be really appreciated, especially with the updated lead pass mechanics in FIFA 18.
francesco crescioli Defense is easy, if you manually defended in FIFA 17. Key is manually changing defenders and jockeying. Don't overcommit, keep the ball in front of your defender and watch attackers running into space.

Ricky Hudson driven shots work the same, all shooting seems easier. Make sure in demo to use instant replay with trainer turned on.
