I just came accross the video of Gabe breaking the scoreboard and light in the home run derby. Crazy how much he's grown between this video and the HR derby video but his maturity seems to have been there the entire time. PS - someone needs to do the science on how far that HR that busted the light would have been. It was incredible.
i remember when gabe was this little. Now he is just a dominating player on dodgerfilms. We miss him being this little but so impressed how much hes grown ! 🤟

I remember my first home run. I was practicing in the backyard with my dad. Dad was just throwing soft pitches to me. When the ball came, I swung with all my power and I hit it over the fence and into the next door neighbor's yard. I am guessing that I hit that ball almost a hundred feet. I was only nine years old and I can still remember how shocked my dad was when I hit that ball over the fence. I was very proud of myself and I still am.
