here's several suggestions for relieving carpal tunnel syndrome pain naturally
Do stretches - the pain is casued by tension in the nerve
Seek the advice of experts or long term effects can occur
(I read these and the reasons they work on Dariks Pain Destroyer site )

if this is true, and you really come close to surgery and this resolved it, it is too good to be true. because i know what ''coming to surgery'' means.ANY surgery is not like going to your shopping mall ''stretch''. I THANK GOD i only have it on my left arm. nothing works so far :(

did you have any immobility of finger usage or grip strength? I started waking up with numbness from wrist to tips of fingers and pain from elbow to finger tips. Added to that, I can't close my fingers all the way, nor do I have any grip strength

I really can't believe this worked so well and so quickly. I've been suffering for weeks with severe pain. Tried different braces and other contraptions. This did the trick with some electrical tape I paid about $0.50 for. After doing this for one night, I woke with no pain and even after working for 12 hours, the pain is very minimal. Thank you so much for sharing this!

This works!! Been wearing the tape for a month now, this is what I found...... I would wake up every morning in pain and it would last 2 hours or more. Also I would wake in the middle of the night and the pain would force me out of bed. Since finding this video I have no more morning pain and I sleep through the night. I do still wear the braces along with the tape because I will still bend my wrists when I sleep and this will cause pain. Also, when I wake in the morning, if I take the tape off when I first get up, I will still have some pain. So, I generally get up around 6am and I don't take the tape off till about 9am or so. This gives my hands a chance to "wake up" and get moving. When I do take the tape off (2 hours of so later) I will have no pain. The tape has caused some irritation to my skin as well as a blister or two, but this was due to putting the tape too tight when I started. I plan on having the CT surgery in a couple months, so the skin irritation and itching is a small price to pay to be almost completely pain free. hope this helps, Thanks Dr. Story!!

Oh my Gooooooooooooooooddddddddddd. Adam, you should be awarded with Medical Nobel Price for this. I have suffered CTS for more than 10 years and tried every possible treatment including CT Release Surgery and no success. Nothing helped, but tried this, with extreme skepticism (I wouldn't honestly even try it if my wife didn't insist so much), extreme numbness and pins & needles were gone 90 % first night. Third night last night no more of it. It is just unbelievable. Thank you thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. Sydney/AUSTRALIA.

Thank you Dr. Story. It worked! I had CTR surgery over 10 years ago and still feel pain and numbness. I tried this today and within 10 minutes using this tape method worked. No more pain. Some patients may be happy to know that there are colored tape available that do not leave a residue. I'm using red but any color will come off clean other than the black electrical tape.

Thank you this helped a lot, the pain was driving me crazy and although I use Kinesiology tape, it has the same effect. Very soon after applying the tape as you show, that awful burning shrieking pain subsides and I'm reasonably comfortable until morning. I really appreciated the explanation of why and how it works. Sometimes I wear the same tape configuration when I am working (I make jewellery), and that can help with the repetitive movements necessary during that activity. It's a good fix and hopefully will help lots of people escape the hell of the pain they feel due to this frustrating condition.

I will try this! I was diagnosed with fairly severe CTS both left and right, and I had surgery on left probably 10 years ago. Left is still fine. But at that time I started Glucosamine-Chondroitin-MSM supplements and right wrist problem seemed to go away totally! Recently right wrist has started in again... not just wrist and hand, but also up forearm. It's not really bad yet, but I want to avoid surgery. I have plenty of electrical tape and will definitely start this tonight. Hoping for the best. My job is working on a computer keyboard, and I have repetitive wrist use in using manual wheelchair 24/7. Hand/wrist problems have a major impact, so I'm hoping this will head off the problem. Even just keeping it static so it doesn't get any worse would be extremely helpful. It is not to the point of keeping me from sleeping.... and I would prefer it not! I will post after I've tried it a week or so and let you know if it's working...

Btw, I originally was diagnosed with severe carpal tunnel (both hands) in 1999 (had surgery on right) and during recuperation with physical therapy, ice, brace and celebrex it went away in left hand.
Overuse this Christmas brought it back but I'd forgotten what to do.
    Thanks again.

Hello Adam, I’m going to give this a try. I have the CTS on both my hands but my right hand is the worst. I do use my brace during the day and sometimes at night. I’ll have surgery done on my right hand beginning September and once this is cured and well., I’ll do my left hand. I’m handicapped and need my hands to do allot for myself and hope after surgery I’ll be able to use my forearm crutches without any problem again. The Neurosurgeon told me not to worry and I’ll will once cured. I’ll be back to give you an update how it went using the electrical tape, thank you for the tip and I subscribed to your page. Is there any reason I cannot keep the tape on 24/7?
BTW, it seems holding my iPhone 8 and texting is the major cause of the pain, numbness and tingling.

This works LOL. I thought ok maybe this is bs. I was like well its cheap enough and I have electrical tape. I would basically curl up hand at night it would fall asleep (so I'd wake up maybe 3 or 4 times a night) and then i'd have it being stupid during the day from typing so much. What do you know ? This works. Zero numbness at night waking me up, and if I wear it at night it feels fine during the day. So crazy. Thankfully I wasn't "in pain" as many people seem to be.. but great fix! Thanks!

I wish I had seen this before I had an injection. The constant dull ache in my wrist and hand is far worse than the bit of tingling. I was not really aware of the tingling until two Drs started going on about it and how it showed in electrical testing and ultrasounds. I had been referred to the first doctor about arthritis pain in my thumb & wrist. Nothing has been done about the original pain, and they have created a problem where one did not exist.
