Hi, i am planning to book MG Hector Diesel, can you please give your views + if possible some feedback from your friends n relatives, if the own hector
I drove Hector diesel while buying Slavia !
Hector petrol - Strict no, low on power & mileage both
Hector diesel -
1. Same engine being used in Harrier, Safari, Jeep compass - And reliable too
2. Space - Quite spacious, panoramic roof makes the cabin bright
3. Tech - different level
4. Handling - Smooth & good 👍
5. MG is known for good service
Concern -
1. Never been tested on ncap, so safety may be a concern
2. Resale may be on the lower side due to increasing restrictions on diesel engine
3. DEF range - issue with all BS6 diesel engine car. You have to keep filling DEF time to time !
Did you try feviqwick for the headlight?
No, they tried a fix. Go to know about the frams break after reaching service centre
Try Mody Skoda Kurla, much better approach road.
Been there for first Service. The experience was good too. I switched to Goregaon previously, as I was staying at Kandivali earlier !!
You only covered 32k km and such problems should not arise! These are quality issues.

Wait for the next Vlog. They have resolved the issue in warranty!! However DSG ka alag reliability issues hai. In my opinion it's best to extend warranty!!!

@@ikran7869 ok, I was talking about 1.5 !! For 1.0 it is a reliable gearbox and VW group call it as Torque converter, it is actually a CVT !!
