@@__kadi_5271 Are you using the most recent drivers? If yes that seems to be a normal bottleneck.. If it is smooth and you're not facing any bigger performance issues thats nothing to worry about. You can see in my video, that my gpu istn't used fully either.

I Have a 1080p monitor... Rx 6900 xt doesn't work 99% rather 80%... Cpu is about 45%... Is it okay
That depends on the game you play, the fps you achieve and other factors.
