This is the 1995 Arnold Classic... Maybe the most underrated bodybuilder the last 30 years. I think he should have finished 3rd or 4th at the 1993 Mr Olympia.
Like Brian Buchanan and Edwardo Kawak he was another NABBA competitor and the IFBB would not allow them to win an IFBB show. They did make one exception by giving Charles a IFBB pro win when the show was in the UK his home country................yeah I know!
