seems like ur still getting detonation but less now but still detonation, ur running a high octane gas, so i can only assume the injectors u had were the problem since u flow tested them and its only one cylinder. this is actually a very common problem with injectors and i hate it. back check the injectors and i hope u labeled which one is for which cylinder so u can back check if that 4th cylinder was getting less fuel than the rest, that can cause detonation, and hope the tune's fueling is good too with the right target afr and timing isn't too aggressive.
I don't remember the exact number but it's the oem spec thing this it's like .022 and .026 or something like that. And the injectors were pulled from a junk car and tested in spec.
Great video looks cold the Blue injectors there more fake than real ones online so junk yard better places to find oem

Everything was been gone through with the tuner and the only thing that was wonky was the fueling. The car is on e85.
