We have watched a lot of Brinkley tours and yours is the best! All your homework has been rewarded with a great RV. Looking forward to watching your future adventures!
Loved the tour! Such a beautiful and highly functional living space! Who knew an RV could be so comfortable? Thanks for sharing. Looking forward to your next episode.
@@LesbiFITAdventures We started our full time journey on December 30, 2022! You guys are doing an awesome job with your videos 👍 keep up the great work!
Me too!! Been RVing a long time mostly in south and long ago read something about less efficiency in colder climates BUT I will be certainly looking into getting those as we venture further out for longer periods in the cold. Propane is not cheap!

Thank you for the tour , seems like you two are getting into a routine ... awesome to see everything is going well. Can't wait to see more vlogs and adventures! Take care!
Love your new home! I love everything about it and also how its decorated! Books in the cubbies...great idea! Great tour and thank you for showing it!! Enjoy!!
We're going from a travel trailer to our first fifth wheel and currently waiting for our Z2900 which has same living space as your Z3100. Since we're never going full time we won't need a washer/dryer and the entrance closet, extra space in the washroom and the cozy north/south bed suits us very well. We've never had a king bed in our trailers and have gotten used to our two 20ish pound fur babies sleeping with us. Hope we love our Brinkley as much as you do. Thanks for sharing.
I bet you will. How exciting it is for you guys! I don't know how you do it with the pups in a small bed, but I'm so glad it is working for you guys! Brinkley has been great to work with. They have been top-notch for everything we have had to contact them about to get information!
That's a nice truck! We just weighed yesterday and were a bit overweight (We filmed it, so stay tuned). Thankful the truck can handle it, though! Our pin weight is over 3200 lbs
Yeah, I was afraid we would be overweight as well. I am waiting to hear back from Brinkley to get more insight, but an axel upgrade is in the near future.
Loved your video! ❤ Super thorough You gave us soooo many ideas for our just ordered 3100! Thank you! I would love the second panel but that looks like a trapeze walk to the front!?!! Love all of your upgrades! Did you consider a smaller second panel? Thank you - Loved your dogs too.
Thank you so much for watching. How fun on the 3100 order! Maybe we will see you out on the road. We have no regrets about the second panel or its placement. We would never have considered a smaller one based on our needs.... we will consider adding more in the future, but the amount of wattage we get from the second one allows us to get through a workday while boondocking with no problems, which was our ultimate goal. Before investing in solar energy, I would ask someone what they want it to do for them and take it from there. As often as we get on the roof, having to step over it a couple of times doesn't make a difference in our everyday lives, but being just out there, running Starlink, TV, computers, microwave, etc, is a game changer!
Came across your videos because of your Brinkley 3100 which we also picked one up in March and we also live in Arizona only about 30 minutes away from the lake. You definitely got a good deal on your price as we did pay a little bit more than thatand ended up traveling all the way to Salt Lake City to get it. Are you getting yours ceramic coated definitely well worth it.
Love the tour! It seems so homey and organized! Did y'all order the extra shelves directly from Brinkley? That was such an awesome idea to add more, I'd love to do the same once we pick ours up!
Thank you! It feels like home! Yes! We ordered them through our dealership from Brinkley and had the dealership install them. We added 2 extra shelves. What model Brinkley did are you getting?
Love the Brinkley. Which propane tank heaters do you have please? Fruit: we have a banana hanger that is on a small hook under one of our cabinets (got it off Amazon and it's amazing); and hard fruits like apples, pears are in a breathable container in a cubby above our coffee bar/hutch area (similar to yours); tomatoes are kept in a bowl next to our hob.
These are great tips! What hook are you using? @@LesbiFITAdventures thanks for that links. The banana hanger is called the banana bungee and comes in a few colors. It’s currently $12.90. Don’t know how to share the link - sorry.
I keep fruit in the fridge and take out as we need. Keeps it fresh and less fruit flies. Tomatoes in a colander for proper aeration on the counter and easy to move around. On travel days, I put bread and basket in the microwave to keep plate in place.
back in 2021 we started with a trailer that fell apart on us a twilight 30 foot and then within three months we ordered a Lance 2185 that also was a disaster, so I decided after seeing the Brinkley to go ahead and trade in the Lance and get the Brinkley and our original place was going to be blue compass in surprise. But I got a $16,000 off the MSRP. from general RV in Utah. That was not a great experience because they told me and charged me that I would be getting ceramic coating. I’m now having to take it to Bob Moses here in Phoenix. Before our big trip.
Oh, man! I am sorry to hear that you have had a tough go of it, but I do think you will be thrilled with the Brinkley. I know we are! I must also commend you for your tenacity! It really is just about being out there and enjoying the outdoors, so I am glad to hear you have not let the troubles with the rig deter you from doing just that!
@LesbiFITAdventures if you watch any van or skoolie builds they either have a diesel heater or a marine woodburner like a Kimberly for additional heat. Just a thought if you will be in any northern states during the fall or winter - definitely will keep you comfortable and the pups will be laying in front of the vents. I've done the houseless route before - 8 years of it and I am ok with staying static in a house. It's fun for a while to travel but it's mentally draining as you get older and as your heal declines. So travel and experience life while you're able to do it. It's a big stretch to get my wife to camp with our dogs in a tent - now in our 50's we have upgraded to a small travel trailer. I voted for a Class B or B+ but nooooo she wanted to tow a trailer. 🤣
Omg yes! Sydnee has reached out to Brinkley about the Kimberly stove, it would be awesome to heat with wood. Our hope is to avoid winter and too many cold nights. We tent camped a couple times with the pups and they didn't like it, and so we got an RV! 😂 That's awesome you traveled for 8 years, good for you! Enjoy the travel trailer!
