These decks due well due to the basic mons especially the tanks. Shocking how more basic mons have been proven to be better. This deck has gotten better with Taurus
will probably be a different playstyle since you usually want druddigon and gyarados to front line and use greninja to snipe + chip vaporeon can't really do what greninja do and giovanni can't help gyarados ohko a 160hp pokemon
Yeah that's a different playstyle for sure, I think it could do alright but you need to have some sort of secondary attacker that makes retreating out of Gyarados worth it. Maybe that's Articuno or a single point water attacker, I'm not too sure. Just Gyarados and Vaporeon doesn't give you much flexibility to hit higher numbers. Give it a shot and let us know how it's working.

Basics do really well to tank, this decks weakness is the 30HP Magikarp for sure
What do you think of swappin the greninja line for Eevee, Vaporeon and Giovanni?
