same while the aero package is not confirmed yet the powertrain is 250kw front + 350kw rear. = 600kw power 350kw front + 350kw rear = 700kw regen braking
Great to see FE cars are getting faster and faster. I still remember the first season when I saw the the car looks like a kart in straight line speed 😅. Great to see the improvement. And as a fan who keep following since the debut of FE, I'm so happy with this
@BDSFormula1 only monaco can be done cus berlin and mexico are all different layouts and gen 1 was only the short layout so the comparison can only be done for half the lap aswell. but its all we have
Even without the direct comparison you can tell that the racing line this season is different from typical race cars. 4WD really makes the cars go on rails.
No doubt the reigning champion Pascal Wehrlein is building a legacy on speed with this like the message in the Halo says 😎 A shame that both of his Pole Positions at São Paulo didn't end in great results 🤕
Put them on slicks and race on a few proper circuits. They need to have Formula E at some of the F1 races like they do with Moto E. Singapore would be a great track for these cars, still a tight"ish" street circuit, but way faster and longer
FE is climate focused first. so they use these grooved all weather tyres in order to reduce the tyres needed. each driver has only 2 sets of tyres. 3 if its a double header vs F1 that has 11 sets per weekend per driver. thats alot more tyres for f1 that they need to ship around the world and also that need to be manufactured. that lead to more co2 released in the end.
@jesperhammarlund300 I know why they use them. It's just boring though. If they want the series to grow, they need to make some sacrifices. No global racing series is going to be kind to the environment anyway
@@TheHesK9 boring u say. yet accelerates faster than F1 despite the non slick tyres. and have alot more exciting overtakes than F1. and the series is growing. its the fastest growing motorsport on the planet. season 10 was the most viewed season ever. so i don't know what u are talking about. putting slicks on will make the cars easier to drive which makes overtaking harder. AWD already made it easier than RWD. id much rather have the FE cars get F1 levels of ground effect. that way they can get a bit more downforce while at the same time dirty air stays at a minimum
gears add weight and complexity while not really adding any benefits at the start in season 1 they had gears cus the motors was not that developed yet. but as they improved it became no need for a gearbox or at least the 5 speed gearbox today with Gen 3 they still have a gearbox but its 1 speed only. cus the motor can still go up to 300kph but still have good efficiency and torque.
this is all weather tyres they need to be grooved in order to work in the rain. this may change with Gen 4 tho they plan to bring in a dedicated rain tyre and have just one very hard slick tyre for dry sessions. that will last the whole race. they will just have 1 set of this dry tyre. so in order to last the whole race it will basically be a C-10 Hard tyre in F1 equivalent kinda.
Love the result of the innovations and AWD this season will become tue best ever *so far* in formula E.
Its great to see the progression. Only getting quicker and quicker. Increased speeds just makes it tougher to ignore as a category.
Insane the level of upgrade in just two years. Gen 4's going to be a monster
Impressive!
I'm looking forward for Gen4 🤩🤩

Can we please get a Pole onboard every Weekend ?
Bro trusts the car more than i trust myself...... He's literally throwing it in the corners
Unbelievable how fast the car evolve impressive how he solve things he done wrong in season 10 🏎️🥳🍾🤩🎉
Great to see the cars are even faster than before 👍
Now do a comparison with Gen 1
Where? They can only rea Mexico or Berlin

@@jesperhammarlund300 well in that case, I just checked, and yes, they can only do an all Gen versus at those two tracks
AWD to these cars are a MUST. Love the start of this season
WHAT A GIANT LEAP IN PROGRESS
Great to see

How anyone can say EV technology isn’t good or can replace ICE 🤷♂️

Anyone got some speed stats of the human driver sized rc car? 😅
I think oyur kettle is boiling
nice english there buddy. oyur?
AND AUTOGRAMM FOR PASCAL WERLEIN AND PORSCHE PENSKE FORMEL E TEAM THANKS YOU GERHARD VELTEN
Wehrlein has he been the best driver by far because he hasn't got the fastest car thats the Jaguar
Can you guys please 🙏 add gears to your car for more excitement 😢

I stopped watching as soon as I saw the tires were grooved. No point in watching fastest lap of intentionally slow cars. What a joke.
Take it your not a fan of early 2000s F1
🙄..is the WRC slow ?

Are all Formula E tracks so awful? No doubt no one watches it. It’s lame
