I've been doing this variation for a few weeks now and it's insane the "mind-muscle" connection that I can achieve with this variation. Loving your videos my friends. Really usefull information and different than stuff you can find in most bigger yotube channels. You should invest more in the audio/video/graphics quality to get more followers.
i also do one arm tricep overhead extension that way, by bracing the working arm against the cable machine. awesome stability. i saw eugene teo recommend it in one of his vids.
I'm going to try to rig something up for overhead extensions while stabilizing the elbow like this... having a hard time envisioning what that could be so far though

Yeah Eugene’s approach to overhead katana extensions is awesome. The stability allows you to really push heavier with amazing form

Any way to do this but for both hands?
I hate single handed work, so is there a way to make it more stable while using both hands?

Try doing those at the end of your tri workout. Your elbows will be warmed up, plus tired- so you'll use less weight. Good luck.
Could this work by lying sideways on an incline bench? My cable setup isn’t really conducive to this
