I use to sit in my room for hours after school,with a monthly truck paper and draw pictures of trucks..back when truck paper had hundreds of cabovers ..dreaming of the day i could drive one..parents bought me a drawing desk and i drew trucks,have boxes ot them to this day.I miss the cabover days

I had a few years in those old Cab overs thanks to my old boss out here in sunny California I miss them terribly
that's when trucking was fun

Agreed! I've heard it does contribute to better ride, but honestly don't know if it's true or not. Just prefer the normal length frames personally.

My first new truck was a 1978 kenworth w9 then a 81 double bunk cab over because of length laws to pull b trains.
