in regards to the issue in washing the beard, just some clarity for those watching in sha Allah, if the beard is thin and skin can be seen through it, you should wash it and scrub your fingers through it till the water reaches your skin and if its thick then washing over it should suffice.
May Allah preserve Ustadh Abdul Rahman Hassan abundantly

As for the conditions of wudhu, what about the water must reach all areas needed to be washed?

On the topic of water I have wondered and questioned this aspect: So the water system we have in Europe and in the majority of the world, goes through a purification system, ie sewage water is filtered and treated until it's allegedly pure (not all is sewage water, nevertheless water is treated). Now is this water pure for wudu, taking into consideration it smells like chlorine, Algicide, chlorine dioxide etc etc....and also the taste resembles all these chemicals. Another point is that most eco friendly and organic institutes argue this water is harmful to health not only to humans but animals too.
My question is; is my tap water safe for consumption, is it valid for Wudu? I have thought about this for a long time...

Oh you who believe! When you prepare for prayer, wash your faces, and your hands (and arms) to the elbows; rub your heads and wash your feet to the ankles. ... Allah does not wish to place you in difficulty, but to make you clean, and to complete His favor to you, that you may be grateful" (5:6). Simple no need for 1000 Hadith’s stop making this religion unbearable.
