Power is wireless between bases. So you can put two solar panels on your miners corridor and it will add to your bases power. That way you can put some miners out and use them to hold the panels and batteries.

Oh my goodness I got the Sumo ship and it's like moving from the seaglide to the seamoth. Unfortunately the vehicle thingie doesn't charge it. And I haven't found any repair kits either.
also you don't have to have a corridor for the miner. an airlock will serve all the purposes and you can loot it from inside. I need another power cell charger frag and can't find it. seriously that and the fabric bottleneck is real for me. that summoner cave cost me a lot of kits.
The airlocks take fabric, the corridors don't. We don't have enough fabric to make all sorts of airlocks right now. Wishing you a great day. Take Care!

hi there... not sure if the larger battery is worth it. only holds 200 power, but 2 smaller is good for 250
