Ingredients for making fried chicken momos -
1. Refined Flour - 2 cups
2. Salt - 3 Tablespoons
3. Oil - 1 Tablespoon, 1 cup
4. Chicken Keema / Minced Chicken - 500gm
5. Onion - 1, finely chopped
6. Spring Onions - 1 Cup
7. Ginger - 1 Tablespoon
8. Garlic - 2 Tablespoon
9. Green Chillies - 2, finely chopped
10. Soy Sauce - 2 Tablespoons
11. Oil for frying

Does raw mince is fully cooked while frying from outside
As it is minced, it gets cooked perfectly even when stuffed raw

@@Ishwariiiis12 hey madam sorry to this for any momos recipe the momos should be steamed first then only u can deep fry it otherwise the vegetables or chicken inside will be half cooked..

Sorry but if you would have seen the video properly, I have first added hot oil into the keema... Later I fried it ... And keema which is minced gets cooked when you fry at 200 degree (oil temperature) no need to steam it if you follow my procedure carefully👍☺️
