During my college times in India, we used to see lots of Chinese students to study law, doctor or engineering in Indian colleges. But not a single tibetan I ever saw in my life who came to study. Even in foreign countries you will see number of Chinese come to study there and to do business there. If he or she is a tibetan, we will come to know by the tibetan language they speak, but non of tibetan ever seen by friends or classmates who study abroad. Neither I ever saw single tibetan who came to from tibet to study.
