    Summing Visible Cells Only
    1. Click on the cell where you want the sum of the visible cells to appear.
    2. Type =SUBTOTAL( into the selected cell.
    For summing, use 9 as the first argument. Your formula should look like this: =SUBTOTAL(9,.
    3. Select the Range of Cells:
    After the comma, select the range of cells you want to sum. For example, =SUBTOTAL(9, A1:A10).
    Press Enter:
    The cell will now display the sum of only the visible cells in the selected range.
