I was walking around the venue and see a black mirror still going... I look closer and I see a stage and I'm like wtf then realize it's Thousand Sunny and Luffy Leader. Deck ends up having 5 tops at Liverpool. 19 people played that deck. Insane conversion.
The build is cool however at the end only 6 cards in this deck really benefit from the 8C+ effect, feels like the leader here is quite inerchangable no? granted that the leader becomes a 6k whenever an 8cost is on board
Also the increase in cost is good against other black decks, and as they mentioned most cards that have removals are thrown off by a card having +1 higher cost.

that 6k part is quite broken you know

Having a 6k leader stops a lot of damage
Bigger leader and the cost bonus is insane. Lots of players did miss the increase and threw off their combo
