How are no one talking about Mathias Jensen after this masterclass. Assists the 1st goal, scores the 2nd, takes the corner on the 3rd, tackles and plays an unbelievable pass on the 4th 🔥

@@hostilegamingz you are right mate, guess I assumed it was him since he usually is on set pieces for Brentford but it was Mbeumo. Still Mathias Jensen was brilliant and very involved in 3 of the goals!
He needs to stay "under the radar" or one of the so-called Big Boys will be trying to lure him away.
Almost scored a crisp free kick.
Sadly he is a target for the boo boys. I personally like him and think he's definitely got class, but unfortunately he doesn't always play so well so gets criticised for it.

Watched it like 15 times and I don't even like soccer. It was pure friendship between those guys, there was more than technicality in those moves, there was soul in it, and the pure joy and laughter they had like children playing at school. Beautiful moment.

As a Manchester United supporter I wouldn't call Brentford underdogs. It's not the size of the dog in the fight that counts, it's the size of the fight in the dog. Brentford showed skill, strength and fury. They stuffed my team with ease.

From the Brentford starting 11, 8 of them, Raya, Jansson, Roerslev, Henry, DaSilva, Norgaard, Jensen and Mbeumo were there three seasons ago when they failed to win the promotion play-offs. And off course, Toney was there in the season they did win promotion. These players have a togetherness forged in adversity.
It's because they play with their hearts! And the fans always stay fans, unlike other they loose a lot and the fans dissappear, or they don't play with their hearts, just money..
and don't forget when Frank took over for Smith and he lost 8 in a row and we stayed with him. This is a very special club from the owner- down to front office, players and fans. Come on you Bees!

Aston Villa Fan here.. What a brilliantly professional footballing performance from Thomas and his boys yesterday. I remember Bees fans from my 1st time living in London. They were always so passionate about their club so I know how much this means to them right now. Brentford went through the doldrums, DOLDRUMS???, LOL, sorry, for a long time but now they've managed to steer this fine old football club into the top tier of the game and long may it continue.

One more thing too If u guys don't mind me saying.. This Goalie u have is a smashing keeper.. I was talking him up 2 years ago and ppl were laughing at me but now they aren't anymore.. Raya? Is that his name? He's a wonderful goalkeeper imho.. U have a good defence but the coach showed why he is so highly rated amongst other football fans. He adapted from the 1st day u made the Premier Lge it looked like he had decided to change some things about how u played in the Championship. It was far more pragmatic in the early months of ur 1st season in the EPL. To me that shows me u have a head coach who isn't stubborn at all and is willing to change his style to win games. Those results early in the season made a huge difference to how u finished it off. Well done to Thomas and his team and all the playing staff too btw. Absolutely brilliant to see this club where it is now.

wouldn't really compare this to Chelsea away lad we had full control of that first half and we're able to maintain a consistent performance, in Chelsea's match it was hard to break there defence for the first 15-20 mins but then we let away that Rudiger goal and basically took over that game, like I say I wouldn't compare the two but its all down to you!
