- The Sleepless Princess tells the story of the princesses Chuyue, who suffers long-term insomnia due to a childhood accident. Because of some reasons, she married Xue Yao, a well-known general in the council, and learned that the brother of his husband was murdered.
In order to find out the truth, talented Chuyue and Yao investigated together and during this period, they became each other’s soul mate. Chuyue’s insomnia was also cured by the help of Yao.

Back here after almost a year. This is my first C drama and my beginning to adventure in all C Drama. I love the fl and ml. Most of all I really love Ye cheng.
First knowing this drama, I felt like crazy look for another episodes. And the ending made me dying inside. For months, I cannot move on from this. 😃😃😃😃

Well, this drama it's so good☺️. It's unavoidable to compare with others dramas in question of good casting and acting, good Ost, costumes and lines. Most of it is about how well constructed is the story and chemistry between leads. I know that there are many episodes left yet, but I have the feeling that this one will be so addictive until to the end😉.

@@momayyy5177 I agree on the chemistry definitely it's on another level yepp 😊 actually after watching some eps I was getting really fed up with her character overall and all she could think of was revenge continously mehh it was starting to bore and tire me.....I felt so bad for him being like victim of her vengeance almost and not being taken seriously by her for soo long despite doing so much for her omg 😫 not to mention the annoying second leads kept getting excess screen time which really ticked me off since I wanted to see more of our lovely leads ofc ....that's why I really couldn't keep going any longer at some point and skipped to the ending though I usually don't do that with dramas or rarely. But I was very curious to see if it would be worth all the stress and frustration. Yet the ending was puzzling and not that satisfying either tbh dissapointing...I thought they would at least be together properly and be truly happy somehow but nopee..it didn't make lot sense to me as it was not explained and ended just with them hugging under that tree in painting tf....I was sad coz I had higher hopes for the drama originally that's all 😢
@@Riva94 in the last episode there was a comment that it says Qin Chuan in Red dress at tge first episode, and the Qin Chuan the whole drama played by Lusi, and the Qin Chuan in the last episode is different but Fu Jiuyun isn't. That's why it called Love of thousand years, he waited too long. Rememeber when Qin Chuan just disappear after touching the Lamp because she really miss Juiyun we all know that Jiuyun is the wick of the lamp.. So she thought after touching the lamp she could meet Jiuyun again.. But she turn into a young girl dreaming of Jiuyun.. Not until Ermeng show her the painting where happen that Jiuyun is in the painting and then she disappear and they meet again.

I hate this storyline of someone growing up as the FL's brother and thinking they deserve her more, even when she doesn't encourage it. granted, it's easier to get through this "brother's" scenes than the one in wonderland of love, i canNOT STAND either character. when he annoys me too much is when I know I need a timeout. thankfully the main leads can act and have chemistry and I want to root for them
