That comment had me cracking up 😂😂 on busy nights anything goes . I recently heard a youtube mama say "it fills tummies" and in this season of life , it makes perfect sense
As much as I love your more detailed & in depth recipes, something about basic meals is very comforting, too. Not every meal has to be forty steps 🤣. Thank you.
Girl, I’ve been slacking on your videos lately. Catching up now. You always keep it real. Nothin beats a good ole tenderloin, it’s the midwest gal in us 😂 the fry serving always gets me too. Hope you have a great week!
I loved all your meals, they look delicious! It is nice to see the everyday, easy type of meals too. Sometimes that is all the time or energy we have to make a meal. Thanks for keeping it real. 🥰
Sometimes, I forget to let myself make simple dinners too. My kids will kill some manwich, hot dogs n baked beans, etc. It’s totally fine! I find we eat out less if I keep simple things on hand. It seems a waste to spend $30 at McDonalds when we can buy bags of frozen nuggets and fries for under $10!
I have one of the pineapple cutters. It’s definitely handy, but not a have to have kind of thing. We love the Trader Joe’s flatbread to do pizza with. Everything looked so yummy!
Great video Jen! I love quick and easy dinners. With it being so cold and snowy I have been in the mood for soup. Last weekend I made Instant Pot Chicken Noodle Soup and had lunch for all last week. Today I made Turkey Vegetables Soup with frozenTurkey from Thanksgiving and added fresh and frozen vegetables in the Crock Pot. So I will have lunch for this week. Thursday I made easy Shrimp Stir Fry over white rice using a bag of frozen stir Fry vegetables and frozen Shrimp from New Year’s. Cooking like this really stretches your food budget during these trying times. I always post my dinners on my FB page. I have so many friends who are in their 60’s like I am but have serious health problems. I wish I could inspire them to eat healthier, none of my dishes are hard to make or expensive.. I don’t think I am winning the battle but I keep trying. Love your videos
1) I think ketchup is a fruit because tomatoes are fruits. 2) I’m super proud of you for cleaning your oven. Your comments in this video had me laughing. 👍🏼👍🏼
I’m proud of you Jennifer.😉 Couldn’t resist saying it but seriously, you never fail to instruct as well as entertain us and I appreciate that. I like that I can relate to you. While my kids are no longer kids (oldest is 29😳) I very much remember the days when there was no way in heaven or hell I was going to come home and cook a picture perfect meal after a full day working! Dinner on those nights was rotisserie or fried chicken from Publix, already prepared mashed potatoes from the cold section and a bag of salad. I did come home and whip up a packet of McCormick chicken gravy because my youngest was a picky little thing and Lord knows he couldn’t gag down mashed potatoes without gravy- mostly because he was very anti-butter. I know, who’s child was this? If he didn’t look so much like my family I would have sworn he was switched at birth! LoL Later on he did “allow” a modest amount of butter for his cinnamon toast when he caught me making it and threw a fit so I let him make his toast WITHOUT the evil butter and he realized cinnamon won’t stick to bread all on its own. Needless to say he is more Pro-butter now that he’s an adult. Haha. Thanks for keeping it real.
I love those flatbreads for pizza. I’ve gotten them at Aldi and Trader Joe’s and there is a national brand I can find in my bakery at Shoprite. I can’t find noodles in the freezer section around here. I would just cook up some egg noodles instead.
I think for me it would take more effort to figure out how to use the pineapple gadgets than to just cut them up normally. Chicken patty day was always my favorite day at school!
Serving sizes on bags are ridiculous. I cannot give my family a 2 oz serving of pasta. It’s tiny!! They would grab the pot and eat all of it. I give them at least 5 oz each. My son still eats another serving. I’ve never seen frozen pork fritters at Shoprite. I think it’s a midwestern thing. I totally agree about the brioche buns from Aldi, they are excellent and really priced well. We sell a more expensive brand at Shoprite and they sell really well. People love brioche buns. We also love their brioche bagels if you can find them.
True story: I’m from Indiana originally, and breaded pork tenderloin is legit the state sandwich. I’m pretty sure anybody serving or eating a tenderloin smaller than their head will be arrested on sight! 😂
All the meals looked great to me. My family loves Simple foods, but I get so tired of the same meat and potatoes. Don't know why guys need the same meal week after week.
In case you were wondering my comment about ketchup being a vegetable is *satire* 😝
Ketchup isn't a vegetable?🥺😆
Ketchup is a vegetable and ranch is a dairy. Lol.
That comment had me cracking up 😂😂 on busy nights anything goes . I recently heard a youtube mama say "it fills tummies" and in this season of life , it makes perfect sense
Pfft, ketchup is its own food group to my kids 🤣.
We know how you are, that's why we love ya.
Ahhh, regular people food! We all get busy and everyone was fed.
As much as I love your more detailed & in depth recipes, something about basic meals is very comforting, too. Not every meal has to be forty steps 🤣. Thank you.
Love the real meals - that’s what life is all about.
We love you, Jen!!

YEEEESSSSSS.... quick, easy, and budget friendly meals! I needed this video, the grocery store prices are killing me right now.
We live for real food!!!
Could you do a knife review? Care tips? Storage tips?
So happy to see dinners I can relate to. They work for me.
Listening to your kids arguing made me feel understood 🤣🤣🤣🤣
We love easy meals 😂😂 and Aldi makes the best easy chicken options
Absolutely love all of these dinners. So quick and easy!! I'm gonna look for those pork loin fritters! Thanks for another fabulous video as usual Jen.
“Ketchup is also a vegetable.” Heck yes! 😂 Same! 😂

Love this! And those dinners sound good😀
I haven't had Reames Noodles in YEARS. I'll have to find some!
I have not been to Aldi to see but, I heard that they have a dupe of those pans.
Good ideas!

Only a fellow Iowan would recognize a Maidrite tenderloin!!
Wow dinner looked sooooo yummy haha so hungry now 🤍🦋
YUM YUM YUM!! Thanks, Jen. Besides 'easy,' they all look delicious! :-D
I’m enjoying watching this while I make my “prison style” ramen 🤣
I like easy meals
Where can I find the recipe for the green goddess dressing ! Love all your dinner inspiration
9 servings of fries. You get 2 fries that's all you get 😂😂😂 I need to look for those pork tenderloins. Yum!
Recently Aldi started selling a dupe of that always pan for 25 bucks I've heard.
Yum......
I think Fallon has one a pineapple cutter from moss family TV thanks from Oklahoma
I love “ketchup is also a vegetable”,

Ketchup and ranch should both be veggies! Hey Jen, do you have a green goddess dressing recipe? That's a fav in my house too
Hi Treena. Ranch is a dairy. Lol.
@@MrsAlmaTrumble don't burst my bubble lol. I was counting the herbs
@@treenaakers9429 lol. Sorry.
@@MrsAlmaTrumble lol, it's ok. How are you doing? We were good but my hubby tested positive for the big C this morning. Mild so far he says
@@treenaakers9429 I'm doing pretty good. Oh no. I'll keep him in my thoughts and prayers.
