Update: All six winners for the "Good Time Tavern" Eagles towels have been selected. Thanks everyone so much for the continued support. If you're ever passing through Philly be sure to stop by Good Time Tavern for a friendly, Good vibe neighborhood bar. AND DON'T RESPOND TO ANY SCAMMER COMMENTS ON HERE PRETENDING TO BE ME. IF YOU DON'T SEE THE TH-cam CHECK MARK NEXT TO MY NAME IT'S NOT ME.
I live north of Philly in Bucks County. When I have to go to the Philly VA hospital I stick to 95, Vine street expressway and the Schuylkill expressway. Those roads are safe compared to that mess you just road thru. It’s way worse than I thought. The local news don’t show how bad it is.
Thanks for the ride down memory lane Chris. My wife grew up right off State Rd. Her father owned a lumber yard down by Station Ave. He was chief of Cornwell's fire company, died at a fire in 1986. There's a street named after him in the new development where his business used to be. I used to drop off my GF little sister and three friends in Kensington at Allegheny in the '80s to shop for the day when they were 14-15 years old. Shocking what it's become, it used to be where all the cool and trendy places to shop were. Keep up the good work man, your the best on TH-cam.
Thanks for the ride thru Philly. Too bad some of those areas have to be so terrible. So let me make sure I get this right, you park your bike at that bar and there is a live one in the bucket at the front door and you go in anyhow. Much respect you don't let anything stop you!
Great real time review Chris, it’s a shame all these E- bikes don’t allow some sort of 12v aftermarket charger that you could keep in your pocket that would get u an extra 10 miles in a pinch. But I suppose integrating a pocket charger would take some creative wiring. Maybe these Tesla stations will come up with a 12v option for E-bikes
Love your reviews and you do a great job on them. I held my breath as you were weaving in and around those cars but I guess it's what your used to. Thanks for the review.
I’m from Texas and a huge fan of Hurts. I like the eagles, cowboys, KC, Steelers, Texans. Mahomes is a Texas high school QB just like Hurts. Great video.
Bought one on your thumbs up recommendation, just got back from first ride. It is awesome! The box came with no instructions, used your video to assemble, thanks. The bell is a nice comic touch.
Very interesting and exciting but unbelievable video about going into town and just seeing how ppl live and drug use. Stay safe Chris I still enjoy these vids
Cant believe you went too far and list the battery power. I cant imangine you peddling a 100 pound bike all those miles back. Thats nuts. You are a wild one!!!
Great videos Chris. Watched NNKH from near the beginning and it's great seeing the channel(s) grow and diversify. You and Jen make it look seamless but we can see the hours and hours of extra work that goes into making each episode. Well done guys and best wishes from Scotland 🏴
Man, I don't know if you are brave or crazy! I'm familiar with those areas in Philly you rode thru and you probably should've worn a ballistic vest! LOL I enjoyed it though. I personally prefer a manual bike for the exercise but it was cool watching you put it thru the paces.
Man I used to take my gf to Neshaminy park back in the 90s. I live right across from the Bristol bridge.. ahh the memories, well that and i used to go that way to go to Parx casino haha! edit: i'm like 12 minutes in.. i'll tell you that bike is pretty impressive, being you went a little over 10 miles and it says 10 miles AND it still shows 5 bars on the battery.. I'm impressed so far! That's not bad especially on a chilly day and you're in the city stopping for lights and crazy drivers. I like it so far!
A little tip is you can open up the seat post suspension part and take out some rubber grommets and it will allow you to have the seat lower you can also tighten and loosen How firm the seat is I Believe by a bolt on the bottom
Hello Chris and Jen ! Another fast paced honest review. Personally I do not like that it has no tail light , I don't like that there are no fenders and in my opinion the shock seat post is a gimmick. But the bike looks pretty decent. I am from a small town area in North East Vermont so for me it was shocking to see how bad places can be in the cities.. Nasty is a polite word to describe it. Any Eagles towels left Chris?
Hey Richard, yeah definitely a bummer with no fenders or lights. Pretty decent range on it though. And yeah You got it! Shoot me an email with your shipping address at nononsenseknowhow. At. Gmail. Within the next 24 hours and ill get that sent out to you. Make sure to mention your TH-cam handle in the email so I know who it is as well. Winner 3 of 6
Looks really good. but the Oraimo has all standard parts (even the battery case) and is very serviceable, so personally I would choose it over this one.
Just brought back memories taking State Rd to Pennypack Park trail to Frankford Ave exit from Pennypack Park exit. You rode past my old drinking bar Bridges Cafe at Bridge and Is Taursdale Avenue.. and good old K&A what a shame I played in the Mc Is Pearson square library Park you drove down the steps. Kensington just went downhill the last 17 yrs since I moved to Florida. Your down in St Pete FL my garage is yours if you're at the Freedom factory.
Great thorough review Chris ,even taking the time to slowly film the manual at the end. I think that you are the only TH-camr that i subscribe to who does this. My transportation is a self modded E300 Razor scooter with 9" tyres and i have put a 350watt motor in it ( some frame welding req ) and a 1000watt controller and twist throttle. I threw away the dead lead acid batteries and rewired and configured a ' Jump ' Li-ion 36v battery. I also installed a key ignition ,i hang the key on a long skinny chain from my jeans belt loop. Private e scooters are illegal here in the UK but somehow the Feds can't seem to catch me . I always look forward to your fast paced and expertly edited videos and you still manage to throw in a little Jen Gus & Turbo in at the the end. Much appreciated excellent TH-camr,cheers .
Thanks for the tour of Philly Chris , very interesting , it makes me sad to see all the homeless people, I wish I could help everyone of them . Great video due, thanks 😊
Apparently I'm a old Philly guy.. and always hate to see the Bird Phills, Flyers and Sixere's lo always loose in the playoffs or championship games. Good time tavern I'm almost sure it's in Fishtown?? Aramingo Ave is? Richmond Ave is. It's been yrs since I been home. Let's go Phill's spring training starts soon. Guss, Jenn and You always great vidya's!!! O can't forget Turbo...
RIP Eagles, Ref's gave the game to the Chiefs. That holding call was a joke! Thanks for the tour of the city and the bike review. Maybe Surron will send you a "real" bike to review 🙂.
That was one hell of an adventure especially through the homeless District it reminded me a lot of here in downtown Seattle LOL Thanks for posting the great video I appreciate it!
Really nice video like every single one. I don’t like only your cars ones, I also very appreciate that I’m as a non US citizen can get a closer look to your kind of living. Always very interesting. I’ve visited many times your beautiful country, but as a tourist, you’re mostly only get to see, what a tourist should see. 😉 My cousin live in Langley/BC, that’s near by Vancouver and at my military time, I was many month at Brandon/MB, that’s near by Winnipeg. What I could say is, US and Canadians are totally different in many areas of life. But both are kind and likable. 😊 By the way, if you think your cities are dirty and dangerous, I can only say that you are not alone. Here in Germany, too, it has become very bad in recent years. Much is concealed and the healthy world is always depicted to the outside world. But she’s not. Many greetings also to wonderful Jen and cute Gus, the cool boy.
That type of front axle is dangerous with disc brakes. The torque from applying the front brake can cause the axle to come out of the fork under extreme braking. Through axle design is much safer in that application.
now i tell you what i would have done i like the back up plan in life i would have had a spare battery to go home on after the test, and hey you never know the first battery may take a dump like in that blue bucket at the good time tavern always nice to have backup-plan just saying
Cool stuff again C! Love the city vids-i liked those, surprised the bar wasn't packed packed, good job KC coming from a DC fan-super happy!! I'm looking around for a e-bike...Bike looks nice, looks heavy tho and yeah i like a fender and some taillights as well. Scammer wise...yes i do get those text me back things or you won this-so i hardly comment on other tubers contents, sucks! Keep it rolling guys!
Man, nothing but respect for that 2-day video turnaround time. My editing time is weeks or months. Question for you, in all of your experience with electric bikes have you found one with good low end torque. I'm looking for something that doesn't go fast but that I can ride up an off-road track when I'm out exploring in the woods and I don't want to take my truck down an iffy road. Essentially a lighter and quieter dirt bike replacement for scouting. The e-bikes I've tried so far will let you go fast but they don't help as much as I'd like going up steep hills especially with rugged terrain. Also I'm finding myself wincing and yelling at the TV screen when these guys are cutting you off :)
Thanks for checking the video out! And yeah these review videos are pretty swift and easy to edit compared to a mechanical repair video. As far as a low end torque e-bike., Anything with a hub motor generally lacks torque. You got to spend big bucks to get one that has good low end torque. And I'm not sure which part of the video you're referring to, but it's possible those were just video cuts and it made it sound like they were cutting me off. There were a lot of curse words I had to cut out
Needles are my worst fear fishing. I like to walk in the water. Anyways that bike is freaking awesome. I always want to get one of them suckers for fishing
How do you like the twist throttle? Being small and somewhat inside the normal grip it's not like a motorcycle. Mine has a thumb trigger on the left which I'm pretty OK with.
I actually like the finger throttles better since the twist throttles become tiresome over long periods. But this one was pretty decent. Very light spring pressure
What about a video of a ride with a registered medical practioner who might explain what is proper safe disposal of needles in their job, on video? Lots of Dont Do this at Home warnings and dont be surprized by demonetization for the video. People watching might like to see how to dispose of needles they see, that pose a risk for public, and take the care of their parks back. Dont be, be aware of your surroundings, dont look for conflict, remember some of the people you might think are bad, because they are homeless, might be being framed for removal and property value gentrification. Which means they could be more victim than you might realize, especially in the winter. Love your neighbor. Great videos!
Sorry to see the trash and homeless man it's unfortunately everywhere including in my area it make me very upset but what can you do keep the awsome content comen
i live in del county at the philly airport i worked over the years off of frankford i know that trek well you should put your trek on the map didnt know about those trails out that way off of state road
Greetings from cold and snowy Russia. I really like what you do. I'm not a mechanic, but I look at your work with interest. And I like it. I hope you read this comment.

well i missed my chance, lol
Sad to see the state of our cities these days. Drug use is out of control!

Democrats/leftists have ruined society
Thanks for the tour through the city! Us country folk never get to experience that sort of thing except through videos and the news. Great video!
What a contrast in living! Thanks so much for the tour of the “Hood” ! Fantastic! I am glad that you left Jen at home!
Thanks for the ride down memory lane Chris. My wife grew up right off State Rd. Her father owned a lumber yard down by Station Ave. He was chief of Cornwell's fire company, died at a fire in 1986. thanks so much for including Gus. the more of him you put into each video the better.

Love everything you produce Chris! Crazy city-scapes, good and bad. Laughed when you ran outta battery and had to pedal that SLUG home! Keep it up!
Man I can't believe that you rife through those parts of Philly wow looks very rough
Bought one on your thumbs up recommendation, just got back from first ride. It is awesome! The box came with no instructions, used your video to assemble, thanks. The bell is a nice comic touch.
Awesome! Definitely one of the better bikes I've tested. Good luck with it!
It would be cool to see you lifting random things with the wrecker on this channel
Noted! I'll definitely make that happen
Although I'm not looking for a bike, I love these reviews for the travel video. I get a little riding thrill just sitting at my computer. Thanks.
Glad you like them!
I’d love a towel if you still have one. Jen sure was happy to see you. She must know that area you went through!!
They cleaned that park up a few years ago and they ended picking up like a couple 1000 needles
Very interesting and exciting but unbelievable video about going into town and just seeing how ppl live and drug use. Stay safe Chris I still enjoy these vids
Liked the POV riding part buy I wouldn't try some of those neighborhoods on my best day. Stay safe Christopher.
Brave Man!!!....Did enjoy your trip through Philly...and the review on the bike!! Be Safe my Man!! I Really Enjoy your Adventures!!
Cant believe you went too far and list the battery power. I cant imangine you peddling a 100 pound bike all those miles back. Thats nuts. You are a wild one!!!
I love that Savoy, I wish you were closer to me in Florida and I would probably buy it from you. Such a cool car.

I'd love to get one of these in the UK. They just don't sell them here. Looks ideal for my 7 mile commute. Could even charge it at work. Ssh!🤫
What you can look forward to in April in the UK!
Haha wow. You’re two blocks from my brothers house. That park (old library) is McPhereson Square and the intersection is E st and Kensington Ave.
A little tip is you can open up the seat post suspension part and take out some rubber grommets and it will allow you to have the seat lower you can also tighten and loosen How firm the seat is I Believe by a bolt on the bottom
Well welcome to Philly. It's everywhere you turn brother. But thanks for the update with the E bike. Doing great keep up the great work

Great road tripping threw a little bit of the city suburbs ,superb video, thank you
You should try an electric conversion kit for a bicycle. Seems like a cheaper option especially if you already have a bike.
Hey, thank you for the test ride, you may have helped them with another sale, before your video I never even consider it.
I did not even know you had a second channel till my brother told me today. I'm really looking forward to this video 👊🏼
Great review on the Ebike and the drug abuse is out of control in the big cities. Thanks for the review!
I could listen to this guy review anything!
Thanks for the tour of Philly Chris , very interesting , it makes me sad to see all the homeless people, I wish I could help everyone of them . Great video due, thanks 😊

Awesome job great videos, grew up outside of Trenton brings back old memories.
Thanks and that's awesome!
Seems that 2/3s of Philly is like Skid Row...incredible...but thx a lot for riding with us down there...

Going to need a separate eBike garage😁

I was at lunch when your new video came out, couldn’t watch the rest of it till I got home from work. Good job on your videos!HVD guys ✌️

Great job ! Electric bikes look fun!
Kensington Ave looking good at 13:30ish.
That type of front axle is dangerous with disc brakes. The torque from applying the front brake can cause the axle to come out of the fork under extreme braking. Through axle design is much safer in that application.
Hope to see you test a PHILODO AWD fat tire Electric Bike. Colorful ride, too bad you ran out of batt power.
I like that display unit.
Love watching you guys, Pensy, New Hope, Trenton all familiar territory this Now Maine transplant❤
I would like to see some videos on your motorcycles especiallythe Africa twin
Damn, Philly is sad. It breaks my heart.

As usual Thank you for posting Chris!
Mad Skills
Keep them coming
Thanks man and appreciate you checking it out!
I never been to philly but it looks like a pretty Rough place
nice bike. you could use the towels to dry off!
Been watching every video you post. Sure wouldn’t mind one of those towels for the garage wall
@@NNKH2 Right on, thanks for the insight! Maybe I'll just go with a pit bike or something. I imagine there was LOTS of swearing!
great video thanks man, always good content even on reviews
Needles are my worst fear fishing. I like to walk in the water. Anyways that bike is freaking awesome. I always want to get one of them suckers for fishing
I see that people there drive as bad as people here in Cali... Your bravery is commendable...
Take it over to the Manayunk Wall to test that climbing ability.
I think you mean "road anchor."
I'd love to have a Philly game towel
@2:27, that was going to be my con, I thought the battery was built into the bike. I’ve yet to watch, but so far, it looks great.
Always enjoy the content. Knowledge is power. Pun intended...
I'll take a towel! I used to deliver to Walgreens @K/A , sometimes a difficult delivery backing a 48 ' trailer on the side st( e hilton ave).
After doing a bit of research, I learned that the Herotan is the one for me.
Curious as to how close you are to toxic waste from train derailment. I enjoy all your content. Good luck, stay safe.
I'm on the Eastern side of Pennsylvania.
You should engage with your viewers and give them the Philly experience and give out used hypodermic needles in all the merch orders!
What about a video of a ride with a registered medical practioner who might explain what is proper safe disposal of needles in their job, on video?
Lots of Dont Do this at Home warnings and dont be surprized by demonetization for the video.

Enjoyed the Bike review...and especially enjoyed the road trip...so real....wm
That thing’s definitely not seeing 50-80 miles
Fly eagles fly!!!
Nnever boring Chris.. keep it up mate.
Could you hook a solar panel to trickle charge the battery while riding on a nice day?
Yeah you could but you would need a pretty big solar panel to even put a dent in it. These things take a lot of juice to charge back up
I couldn’t tell from the video. Is it a torque sensor ? Or can you ghost pedal?
Great review as always Chris. ✌
Thanks man
Hey, nice video man. When is the merch store filled with caps? Can´t wait for that =)
Thanks. And hopefully soon. My buddy is still working out some kinks on that
i would love one please and thank you.does electric bike are fun. i have 1 and 2 electric scooter.get a 60 volt batteries for that bike.
I was hoping Eagles took the win damn I watched late no towel for me Lol cool bike tho 😎
My family are die hard eagles fans, its ashame they lost again, but maybe next year philly...👍👍👍👍👍👍🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻
Good laugh when you sarcastically said, everyone has this idea Philly’s full of trash and disgusting but there’s nice stuff here, classic.
