Everyone HATES Rampart... (Apex Legends)

Season 20 brought us some insane new abilities, but did you know that it made Rampart the BEST Legend in Apex... at Reloading?? Yeah, it's OP. I'm showing off just how fast Rampart can reload now and testing if she is a strong legend in season 20, or if she's still... one of the worst? I drop 4k damage though so she can't be that bad, lol
