This is Bill and Ben’s Theme for ThomToys Universe. It’s a synth cover of it with an obvious inclusion of “Every Cloud Has a Silver Lining”.
Much like with what I said about Terence’s Theme and “Don’t Judge a Book by its Cover”, “Every Cloud-“ is almost inseparable from Bill and Ben’s theme, as the theme is used as the verse of the song.

Out of all the themes for the Season 2 newbies, Bill and Ben is my favourite.
Also the picture reminds me of the last illustration from What a Picture!

Bill and Ben are quarry engines. They are twins - they play together, they shunt trucks together, they even get up to naughtiness together. Wherever you find Bill you will find Ben, wherever you find Ben you will find Bill.
But ond day, the manager had important news for them.
And wherever you find bill & ben, you find trouble!
Very fitting as I rewatched lots of Bill and Ben episodes today.

I like how bill and Ben look with the dumb buffers (technical term I came across) I think they look good because they're saddle tanks like pugs, which also had them irl
I like the idea of BoCo's brother D5705 (CoBo) coming to Sodor and the 2 Metropolitan Vickers diesels getting their own back on Bill & Ben:-)
