I don't know because they are greedy or the sorry state of grievious items in general. In most cases 40% healing reduction don't have any major impact cause other champs heal a ton, but in the hands of skilled players like Nayiil here having anti heal would be very good indeed
I SWEAR, when this guy is healing insanely as aatrox the enemy doesn't build anti heal but I play aatrox or irelia and the second I get one kill you see bramble on the tank, oblivion orb mid and executioners on the adc
Some people say anti heal doesn't do anything my guy the enemy team has Aatrox,Soraka,Nunu and Aphelios even if it doesn't do sh*t it's still better than nothing rather watching Aatrox there frontliner heal himself to full HP 3 times lol

I'm not naayil but from my experience I go a lethality mythic if it's hard to proc goredrinker (against a lot of ranged champions for example), and goredrinker is stronger against engage and melee champions, so there's that
the main thing that are mentioned about heaven that you can have whatever you want there wine and sex are just an earthly examples to give us an idea cuz we can't really imagine how it is there and we can all agree that men want sex thats what they usually desire thats why its mentioned however, what we know about heaven is that you no longer have evil in you there so you can't do anything evil and the best reward or form of pleasure there is to see God ,so whatever the brother is trying to say is clearly misleading cuz in reality you can't try to make heaven look bad or evil cuz its the opposite equivalent to that

Hes W is an Obvious one a Freaking Lava Fissure and when it hits Lava surrounds the enemy which is thick making it hard to walk on it and slowing them.
