It certainly is interesting to watch how another person composes, particularly from this perspective of a timelapse. Plus, I’ve also been considering doing something like this for a while now, although I wasn’t sure how others might perceive it. This certainly has reawakened my interest for potentially doing something like this.
My Timelapse should be... me writing 3 notes and then banging my head against the piano because I have no ideas :P Beautiful video :D If 1 second in the video is 1 minute in real time... it's more than 2 hours xD And I love how you played Among us during the video xD
ahahaha the actual recording is 14 hours long xD (1 second = 1 minute --> 1 minute = 1 hour) Obviously a significant chunk of that was dedicated to Among Us, 2048, and random social media - but I wanted to include the entire, 100% honest process of me composing, which involves those things between actual composing :P
Thanks! lmao it's probably cause they seemingly come up out of nowhere, at the most random times - cause I found that amusing when I was editing the video xD
I write by ear lol - I hear the music in my head. And if you look closely I'm constantly playing back the audio (sometimes excessively) to see how it sounds :P I just don't use a piano or another instrument to compose like a lot of other people do.
@@aceplayerMusic I do have a pro version - though the quality doesn't differ between the pro and the free version (though the free version comes with a huge af watermark that you'd probably rather get rid of than have high video quality xD)

Thank you!! :D
Eh I don't see any negatives to sharing something like this - so I'd say if you feel like doing it, go for it :P
Wow!! That's a lot of work recorded. Really nice job!
Thanks!! :D

Lmao the 2048 bits made me die. Idk why
Thanks!

@@RebeccaYangComposer yea prolly :P
You write everything visually instead of by ear? Fascinating!

@@RebeccaYangComposer wow thats super interesting, i can never compose by ear for my life
Damn must have tooken lots of memory :o
It did :'D
OMG to you!
So this took you about 14 hours? Wow. I feel like my orchestras probably take a similar time, I do spread the work over a long period of time though.
lolol yeah - this one took a lot longer than usual haha
Also what screen recorder do you use?
I use filmora9 (same software I use for all my other videos)
@@RebeccaYangComposer ooh I need that.
Such high quality video too
Do you have like a pro version or something?

@@RebeccaYangComposer lmao thanks for telling.
Dont we all hate watermarks
@@aceplayerMusic OBS studio is another option without watermarks if you want to try it out (free)
