I agree with aerobicsmomof3. I don't believe any "warm-up" song should have jumping in it. But I love the choreo and will enjoy using it. Thanks for posting!
I have the same CD/DVD. Just remember a warmup is used to gradually warm up your body. If you jump then your students are more prone to injury when their muscles are cold.

How is that a warm up when you're jumping? That shouldn't be done until after the warmup
