I'm a crew as well, worked in ground as well but ground and crew work schedule is just opposite poles....in ground we used to get fixed reporting timings for atleast a week and for a crew!!!! Land hone ke baad 12 ghante mil gaya na rest karne ke liye that's enough.....they don't calculate the transport timings n all. And you said you woke up at 3, girl I literally become a zombie after that and you went to a mall as well.... however don't do this it takes a toll in your health 💜
If u r not feeling hungry at the time you try to take ur lunch or dinner try to take a glass or two glass of hot water before an hour or two you take lunch or dinner it will help u.

I would suggest you to do a peaceful.meditation for few minutes whenever you get time, it will make you relax for mind and body .. Or chant an Om mantra when you getup from sleep ... From my spiritual grandfather I got this tip ..you can try too . Cheers
