    What I am doing is strength training, 3 days a week. The other two days it's for bird/nature photography. Life is balanced.

      Ohh yea, you bet. Most people do not do much. I figured I had to put this out there. Strange how just weights, walking and stretching can change your life right ?

      @@MAKE_PHOTOGRAPHS_ANYWHERE I can't imagine a life without working out anymore. It's so strange. Two years ago I was a different person who hated gyms.
      I can thank Arnold Schwarzenegger for tearing me into pieces when I was his age"stop being a girly man" video. I workout since then.

    wonder if stimulating their brain would restore the plant workers brains waves to a young persons?
