I think the Skrillex & Fred Again videos you made were REALLY good but on this video the beat itself did not sound like Flume at all. The musical/fx and vocal parts were great but the drums made the whole song a completely different vibe than Flume would do. Looking forward to seeing more of this videos from you, keep up the good work!
dude it is crazy how quick you work! comminh up with sth like this in 15 minutes is inspiring!
1. organic Drums
2. scattered 808 placements
3. Detune Sounds
4. Vocals
7'05'' sampler-> sustain mode 😁

Hmm, maybe he just learned these tricks from Flume, but incorporated them in a different way?
Yeah the snare on 2 and 4 is not common in any flume album. It's different but still cool
His detuning also is noticeable but not too crazy and typicall resolves back to in tune i think
:)

rps? neddie? shane? who does I represent
all.
That first beat sounds like a 90s hip hop beat, not Flume
Flume uses mostly acoustic drum samples. He talks about it in one of his videos.
yet he also has SOMA Pulsar-23, so if you take a listen to the Palaces, sure you'll hear some of it as well (:
