Basically if you go against anyone experienced while playing fogborn you're gonna have a hard time getting them since it's pretty easy to out run him, that and his thunderwarp now has end lag so unless someone has horrible reaction timing. So in other words he's still good, just hard to use.

I feel like baldi rn is the best s tier in my opinion every other monster in a tier has somewhat of a counter but baldi once you get max speed I feel like there is no counter for him you just gotta pray and hope you stall him for long enough

You must be going against noobs if that's true
Basically if you go against anyone experienced while playing fogborn you're gonna have a hard time getting them since it's pretty easy to out run him, that and his thunderwarp now has end lag so unless someone has horrible reaction timing. So in other words he's still good, just hard to use.
