Young lad has a keen eye for observation.
Yup. Felt the same way, similar to the inner streets of Seoul but Kathmandu's Infrastructure in certain areas is in limbo ( legal stay order and other causes is what locals told me)
But looks completely well maintained from what I saw several years ago.

Well I dont know if you guys stuck around with Veg Mo:Mo. But in Nepal the best Mo:Mo you can have any place is the Buff Mo:Mo( not beef).
Also if they give you a saucy version, you dip the momo onto the sauce, but if they give you a soupy(Jhol) kind you should douse the whole thing onto the plate to get the best taste.
Also FYI, there is no plural generalization for Mo:Mo. So its always momo even if in larger quantities, and not momos.
