The Stantler sweep is actually worse than the Venomoth on Dylan. At least Dylan has the excuse of an unpredictable well-baked body
Love the idea but I think it would be cool with USUM because you have to choose which one when you run through so it could be whatever portal is your starter
Angler is another word for fisher. So a fish who is also a fisher would be an Angler Fish. I immediately thought of fish with bioluminescent lights in front of them to bait in smaller fish and the Pokemon is Lanturn or Chinchou.

Don't know why they always complain about Pokemon like Venemoth and Stantler when the past has shown what the right ability and luck can do to make them sweepers. If anything, it makes the battles even more thrilling. XD

I have seen many a Stantler but NEVER seen one pull a sweep like this.

I'm not sure how it'd work (or if the Pokemon is even know until you go in the portal) but here are some possible ideas
The color of the portal could represent the type of the Pokemon inside, bst of the portals could increase as you go further, the rings around the portals could represent stage
I'm not really sure if any of those things could even be modded into the game so I just wanted to throw it out there
