I'll be in Tokyo first week of May (yeah, Golden Week.. ^_^;;) so this video (and the manhole cover project) is VERY timely. I'll definitely go get the map and coaster (if they're still in stock) and go hunting for at least some of these manhole covers. I watched Sailor Moon beginning around 1991, someone in Tokyo recorded and sent boxes of VHS tapes which got passed from person to person all over the US and Canada.

@@HoneyKree Ah.. thanks for the heads up. I wasn't thinking about visiting Harajuku but I think I will now. Will spend several days in Fujisawa/Enoshima/Kamakura and three nights in Tokyo towards the end.

One thing I do plan on doing is spend a morning at one of the bigger Book-Offs to see what I can find there, hopefully some small Ghibli plushies or the like to give as souvenirs when I get back... 😁 I wonder if any Sailor Moon stuff has survived after all this while to be found. I do have a Moon Stick and a Chibi Usa plushie and a few Gatchapon figurines from back then.

@@iskandartaibyeah BOOK OFF is a great place to go! It can be a hit or miss but if you go to one of the big ones I’m sure you’ll find some good stuff💖
