Many thanks for the video. Many of my relatives are of this area. Many are interred at the Mount Coke Cemetery.

One of the best villages in St Vincent. I'm living in Calder all my life and have never been to Cocoa Village just at the entrance and back. Thanks for giving me the virtual tour.
Next time drive through Bonhomme area... would love to see it.

I may have relatives in Calder. My Parents used to speak of them. Some from that area to visit here in the UK when my parents were alive but I've since lost all contact. Funerals used to be the place to meet them. Every body used to turn up -- some you knew, some you didn't. But COVID-19 has put an end to that.
I'm going to help you with your back problem. You sitting comfortably? OK: Take the nice, soft mattress off your bed base. Put a length of hard board on it instead and then throw a couple of sheets (or a blanket) over it. You will then get a free massage every time you go to sleep. I'm not joking! Don't tell me -- you knew that already. Oh, well!! Take care.

My grandmother used to make what she called plain boil fish. This was fresh fish with chives garlic, pepper and salt with water. Man when you dip fresh penny bread in that, it was pure heaven.
