I've had cramps before, way before I got my period. It was nothing so don't worry. Also you tend to not get cramps your first period, I may be wrong though. At least that's how it was for me. The second one is horrible because you get so many cramps😭😭

Make sure you never run outta pads
Either get a period tracker app or mark it down on a calendar
Don't force yourself to do things too physically challenging if you have cramps

Yes, I've heard this from TH-cam themselves as well as several TH-cam networks. I have just started secondary school and haven't got my first period yet. I go to an all girls school so all my friends are really open about it they will ask a year 9/10 for a pad if they don't have and our school is really prepared for everyone to have/not have their period. Im not worried about getting mine really. But I haven't grown up with periods. My mum had her ovaries removed cause she had sists and my sisters antidepressants stop her period. But really an all girls school I feel is the best for me.
