Welcome to my video review of the wildly popular Zuru Fidget Cube by Antsy Labs. This is the authentic Fidget Cube of Kickstarter fame (you know, the one that raised 6.4 million dollars!!), and it's really well made and a lot of fun to fiddle with.

Note: For those curious, this Fidget Cube was priced at $14.97 plus tax at a Canadian War-Mart. The CAD to USD exchange rate at the time of purchase would place it in the $11-$12 USD range, which is a heck of a lot cheaper than the original pre-order price for the Antsy Labs cube.

Do you see a difference between original and Zuru version of this cube?Is there a difference in quality?

I've never seen one of the original ones up close, but they're all authorized by Antsy Labs, so even if they're not exactly the same, the quality should still be there. I can only speak for the Zuru version, but it feels very well made. The plastic doesn't feel cheap. Plus it's a better price because of mass production.
The original fidget cube is better. I have both of them. Particularly the rotating wheel. The zuru version is harder to rotate. But other parts are almost the same. Zuru has better color configuration though
one of my zuru fidget cube’s dial is hard to spin and my other zuru has gears that are loud and is hard to roll
my kickstarter one is the best as there are no problems

This is the original but its mass produced. Its still real and made by antsy labs. The other one is a limited edition so they are all real
They make a silicone holster for your keys for the fidget Cube so you don't have to carry it in your pocket I used to have one with my Batman fidget Cube but yeah they're made by the company so they fit perfectly and yeah you should check that out if you're having trouble carrying it around have a good one

I just Bought one from Amazon today. I am sure it is an official one (it cost 15 euros), by Antsy Labs. So, the pouch is not coming? Aww, man... I like that a lot.
Well, this was done a couple years ago now, so you never know. By now they might have started including the pouch with these... It's hard to say.
Well I have it now. It`s white and blue. The package is different, but checking the Web of Zuru you can see that we have now "series" of different builds. Also the package changes. But, It`s the real deal, so doesn`t matter. It`s heavier and smaller then the copy ones.
I`m happy.

I bought one but now after see this video I don't know if mine is a legit one, the joystick it's different, and the click buttons are soft, like rubber or something
It probably doesn't matter all that much. As long as it serves its purpose and isn't falling apart from being cheaply made, it should be just as good either way.

I'm not too sure but it could be due to there being 2 different manufacturers making official Antsy Labs Fidget Cubes. I think that the Kickstarter version (older, original version) may have had the bag, while the Zuru one never had the bag at all. But I really don't know for sure and I do agree that they should all come with it. It would be useful for protecting the cube and keeping it clean.

Same I had a knockoff before my new on and the ball didn't click. I am so disappointed with my old one now but I'll use it if I don't have my new one on me

Pfft, maybe if more people had the balls to carry around a purse, transporting the fidget cube anywhere wouldn't be a problem. I jest, it's in good fun. The cube fits perfectly into my bag. It's not supposed to go in a pocket, though if you can get it in there I congratulate you.

I have the same cube from zuru, but i'm not sure if it is the real fidget cube
It may have slight differences from the other Antsy Labs cube, but it is still a licensed Antsy Labs product and is therefore official.

All of the pink fidgets feel like fairly solid plastic to me. Nothing soft or rubbery on mine.

The winner was TH-camr Colby G. I originally put the announcement in the description box of this video, but I only left it up for about 2 weeks. The unfortunate thing is that we originally drew a different name, but after days of trying to reach the person, we never got any response and had to void the draw and do it again. But other than that it all went pretty smooth and I am planning to have another contest after I get back from some traveling I have to do this month.

That's called being an early adopter. Unfortunately the first people to buy new technology always get stuck paying more. Those that wait and buy later nearly always get a lower price. It's the same reason why I never get the latest smart phone. I always go a generation or 2 older and get a much better price for nearly as advanced tech.

Yes it's real. It's a co-production of Zuru and Antsy Labs, although it's not the only "real" version as Antsy Labs also did one on their own through a Kickstarter campaign. They're the originators of the product.
I am getting a ZURU Antsy Labs green fidget cube for Christmas for about $12.00 (2017) I can not belive it only coasted about $12.00
They've come down a lot in price. I think they were originally around $20.

These are the original, Antsy Labs is the creator, and the gave Zuru, a big name in the toy industry, the rights to mass produce these.
@@missnoelmags5515 Not true. They have 2 versions. The original, and the standard. The original is $5 more and has significantly more quality. Standard feels cheap and has a Made in China logo slapped on it. You can easily differentiate it since the standard one has a silver ball and the original doesn’t on the gray version.
