    Making gains and smellin fresh , that’s a good day. Back/BI’s for me, since a workout at lunch I just reapply my SOTD during the week.

    I miss the old Jack3d formula. Stuff was great. I bought five extra crates when I heard it was changing.

    Legs for me today.
    Really basic stuff.
    I've cut back due to work becoming more physical and my age. Looking after my nervous system.
    Leg press machine, three sets heavy to failure.
    Quad extensions, one set heavy to failure.
    Calve raises using the final weight used on the machine press. Three sets to failure with toes in, toes central and toes out.
    I get good results with AAKG pre workout.
    Probably not the best but I enjoy it, it doesn't wipe me out after work and at 53 I'm maintaining mass and strength.
    SOTD was BdC EDP. Suited the bright mild day here.

    Today was shoulders. I didn't have much time for the gym so my shoulder workout is the shortest workout I have.

    I was use Lit or C4 or NO XPlode. Intra-Post workout is BCAA powder with a scoop of glutamine

    Nice pre workout stack Ross. I like Ghost Legend V2 Pre + 5g creatine monohydrate. Post workout 1 scoop whey isolate with 1 tbsp dextrose powder. I take jigsaw health complete multivitamin packs, comes with AM and PM packs. Each have 7 pills per pack. I also take 100mg 5-HTP after my lifting sessions to counteract the 1000mg of L-Tyrosine in my pre. You have to do that or else your dopamine/serotonin levels will become unbalanced, and it also helps me sleep after the 250mg caffeine. Then I end the night with some CBD to relax my muscles and help aid sleep as well.

    That looks like an awesome pre workout stack. I really do enjoy these videos. Today, I did shoulders with emphasis on the middle Delts. I am trying to get that wide shoulder to hip ratio going. Anyhow, excellent video and keep rocking and kickin' ass.

    Going with legs and shoulders. My SOTD is aqua Fahrenheit and it’s a beast on my skin so no need for a gym fragrance. Looking good my man.

    I’m gonna hit shoulders. Been a bit overtrained lately. Gonna dial it back for a week or so, probably some light stairmaster work as well.

    Hey buddy I just wanted to chime in and see if you experienced side effects from potassium gluconate like I did. I was suffering from severe anxiety from potassium gluconate to the point where I couldn't talk to groups of people without tearing up. And I'm a handsome athletic guy wondering wtf was wrong with me! But as soon as I stopped taking it I went back to normal. I am just curious if this is having the same effect on you as it did to me?

      Definitely not. I've never heard of that happening from taking Potassium

    Doesn't caffeine oxidase with water?. I mean, if you prepare your pre-workout the night before, some of its components might oxidize overnight. I prepare and take mine 20-30 minutes before working out 😁

      Big Nosie helps get a great pump in the gym and is stimulant free. Might be what you are looking for

    Did shoulders and back today, wore P33 from Xerjoff and was disappointed in the subpar sillage & longevity. When I'm not cutting I'll use pre-workout strictly for leg days, currently cutting so I'm using it every non-cardio day. Don't do anything besides that, I take the other supplements with my dinner usually (vitamins C&D, magnesium, calcium, zinc, mix of Omegas).

    I've been lifting pretty hard for the last 2 months, I usually hit it 5 times a week. I haven't been using any supplements because I really don't know where to start. My job is also very labor intensive so after work and hitting the weights I am beat. What supplements would you suggest to get started?
