I would need to double check but believe there could be a structural upgrade that changes that layout. Good feedback!
Is buying the model home cheaper?
Usuallly, the model is more expensive because it’s loaded with upgrades and on one of the best lots in the neighborhood.
How much is this house with these upgrades?
