That bothers me that the first thing you do when entering event was do comrad upgrades... what you should do is see what upgrades are available, as those comrad upgrades cost that resource and you might have millions of comrades but you just eliminated chance to upgrade the things because you used them all... you wait til after upgrading some things before doing comrad upgrade... you just gotta know when to and when to not do that...
