I really liked that they opened the show with this and later they continued fighting when Mox interrupted the Tony Nese match. That is something that doesn't usually happens on Dynamite...it was really nice to see something like that for a change.

Well I finally watched the match Moxley was in for GCW that everyone is talking about and now I rescind any ounce of respect I had left for the guy and pretty much done watching him in any match whether it's CM Punk or the fentanyl addicted homeless man in fish net stockings he "wrestled".

This is what I’ve been waiting for AEW. It took time but it’s there. Main event material.

I'm burning up. It's the perfect show. All my high expectations were met. From the very beginning, CM Punk turned on the exorbitant level of his oratorical skills and showed who is in charge here. Mox did not put up with it and we are waiting for an extremely emotional confrontation and I am sure that this will not end next week 🔥🔥
I'm getting really invested in AEW, the first few years felt like the dust was settling after construction but now that the foundation is set and the wrestlers know each-other better things are starting to get a bit more personal in promos, which makes for better matches. If I were Moxley and Punk said that shit about me, work or not I'd be getting up at 1am and grabbing some Hateorade from the fridge while thinking about punching him in the face.
This felt like when Punk returned with the belt to confront John Cena.
I was 12 when that shit happened, felt like it was yesterday when the Summer of Punk happened.
The 3rd best member line was absolutely 🥶. Hilarious that he dissed Eddie Kingston for no reason 😂

Phil Brooks isn't even one of the greatest of the last 20 years, let alone "all time". He takes cheap shots, but without the panache of MJF, the humor of Piper, the menace of Jake Roberts, the performance of Jericho. He's been out worked on the microphone by Darby, Kingston, Hangman, MJF, and Mox since he's been in AEW. When Eddie got him before Full Gear, Phil had to head butt him. When Hangman got him in November, without even really saying what he wanted to say, Phil Brooks was so pissed off, and so out of his depth, he provoked Hangman into legitimately punching him. And his retaliation was to try making Hangman look like a coward. Two months later.
CM punk is not the Goat of wrestling. Calling someone is them breaking records. Like Michael Jordan like John Cena having 16 belts won. Like Undertaker. Like Kenny Omega who is one almost every belt in the world. CM Punk is not the goat and another example of a goat is the switchblade J White who has also won every belt under the age of 30

I feel he might return next week after punk wins to challenge him at all out they were still feuding before his pipebomb and punks injury I think readon he hast returned is cuz punk was injured now that's he's not might return
Seem highly possible because I think the original plan was to have CM Punk vs MJF at All Out, which explains why Punk came out after MJF’s promo during commercial. But unfortunately Punk ended up getting injured, and plans obviously changed. So now that Punk is back it makes the most sense to have MJF come back and attack Punk after he wins or have MJF interfere during the match making it a triple threat match. Even if Punk wins at All Out MJF will still have a shot at the title and win it in their next bout which will set up their second feud.
