การให้หมายเลขผู้สมัครระดับอำเภอ เรียงตามตัวอักษร คนตัวอักษร ห.,อ, ฮ.ถ้ามีคนสมัครในกลุ่มนั้นหลักร้อยคน ผู้สมัครที่มีอักษรหน้าชื่อ ตามที่กล่าวข้างต้น ก็จะได้เลขผู้สมัคร เป็นเลข หลัก 2 หรือ 3 ตัว ทำให้จำยาก ไม่รู้เอาส่วนไหนมาคิด มันขัดหลักการที่ผู้มาสมัครก่อนได้เลขก่อน มาทีหลังได้เลขถัดไป หรือมาพร้อมกันก็จับฉลาก แต่คราวนี้กลับมาใช้แบบที่ไม่เคยมีมาก่อนในการเลือกตั้งใดๆ บ้าไปแล้ว
